Our story
Once upon a time, 100 years ago, there were two women who lived on opposite sides of the country. One called Beryl and one called Peggy. ​They both had the same dream to open their own tea rooms.

Alas, war broke out in 1939 and their dreams were never realised.
​
50 years later their grandchildren Lesley and Debbie met whilst flying for British Airways. They became great friends, and 25 years later, Beryl and Pegs was born.

Wholesome, hearty and healthy
All of our ingredients are fresh and local; our tasty sandwiches use delicious dough from Chalk Hills Bakery and our wholesome fruit and veg from Epsom and our succulent meats from our local butcher in Redhill.

Meet Beryl and & Peg - our resident hens! Our girls aren't laying yet, but they're keen to join the team. Watch this space!
